Dmitry Rogozin, the head of Roscosmos, Russia’s space agency says that Russia will no longer provide the RD-180 rocket engines for purchase by the United States, nor will Roscosmos continue to provide maintenance for those engines.

Rogozin said a couple of weeks ago, on Russian television and in a tweet, “In a situation like this we can’t supply the United States with our world’s best rocket engines. Let them fly on something else, their broomsticks, I don’t know what.” Read the full commentary here.
