“Mamdani does not respect my nation’s right for self-determination \u2026 the Jewish people’s inherent right to have a nation of their own. And he’s basically spreading blasphemy, hate, antisemitic rhetoric. He should understand that he’s risking his own citizens. He\u2019s risking their safety, well-being and life,” Herzog said.<\/p>\n

Russia launches ballistic missile attack on Kyiv hours after Zelenskyy warns of major strike<\/h4>\n

\"\"Russian<\/a> air strikes killed at least 13 people across Ukraine early Thursday, including one in Kyiv, as ballistic missiles targeted the capital and multiple explosions rocked the city, according to Ukrainian officials.<\/p>\n

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/a> said Thursday that Russia launched more than 70 missile and over 280 drones at Ukraine overnight, adding that the country’s air defenses intercepted a significant number of the incoming missiles.<\/p>\n

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko urged residents to seek shelter as blasts rocked the city. Reuters, citing a witness, reported hearing multiple explosions.<\/p>\n

The Ukrainian Air Force also said Russia was targeting the capital with ballistic missiles.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Fox News host Sean Hannity following the funeral of the late Sen. Lindsey Graham<\/a>, R-S.C., Zelenskyy reflected on Graham’s support for Ukraine while discussing the state of the war and the prospects of peace negotiations.<\/p>\n

“Since the beginning of the war, when Putin said that he will occupy us during two, three days, now we build a great mil-tech industry<\/a>,” Zelenskyy said. “We have 500 companies with very strong technologies.”<\/p>\n

NATO member Romania shoots down stray drones from Ukraine war after years of incursions<\/h4>\n

Now Romania is trying something new to stop the incursions: shooting down<\/a> the drones.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Romanian pilots shot down the first of three drones in as many days from F-16 fighter jets starting Friday as Russia intensified attacks against Ukraine near the border. After determining the drones were of Russian origin, Romania summoned Moscow\u2019s ambassador in protest and expelled a Russian diplomat on Monday.<\/p>\n
